Tortilla Wraps – 2 ways

Tortilla Wraps are something which is so easy to make and yet so delicious and wholesome! This recipe of mine brings tortilla wraps a classic Indian twist! I am going to explain to you how you can make two variations: first is the paneer tortilla wrap and second is the chicken tortilla wrap. The best thing is that both of the variations are pretty much similar so you can prepare them both at the same time with the same ingredients!

Here’s what you need:

For the marinade:

  • 200 gm of cubed paneer or shredded chicken
  • 1 cup of yogurt
  • ¼ cup of roasted gram flour
  • Salt & Garam masala to taste
  • 1 tsp of turmeric
  • 1½ tbsp of ginger garlic paste
  • Lemon Juice

To assemble:

These vegetables and spreads are what I used. You can use any other stuffings you want.

  • Tortilla wraps
  • Marinated paneer or chicken
  • 1 cup of mushroom
  • 1 cup of capsicum
  • Black pepper to taste
  • 1 cup of onion
  • 1 cup of coriander
  • Mayo or Cheese Spread
  • Ketchup
How to make it:
  • The first step is to marinate the paneer or chicken, for which you need to take a large bowl and mix all the marinade ingredients.
  • Next, you need to coat the paneer or chicken with this marinade and keep the bowl in the fridge for about 30 minutes.
  • Now heat some oil in a pan, sauté the vegetables and cook the marinated paneer or chicken.
  • The filling is ready!
  • Now to assemble apply a layer of mayo, then ketchup followed by a layer of the filling.
  • Afterward, add on the chopped vegetables.
  • Roll up and enjoy!
