INGREDIENTS
- Half Cup Of Cocoa Powder
- One Cup Of Flour
- Two Eggs
- One Cup Of Sugar
- One-fourth Cup Of Oil
- One-fourth Teaspoon Of Salt
- Half Cup Of Icing Sugar
- Vanilla

HOW TO MAKE IT?
Now add Vanilla extract and the eggs, one at a time beating well after each addition.

Once the sugar is dissolved, add the cocoa powder and mix it into this mixture.

Then sift in the flour, salt, and baking soda in two batches, mixing well with a spoon after each addition.

You should get a mixture that looks something like a thick-ish cake batter.

Now cover this batter and keep it in the fridge to set for 20-30 minutes.

Preheat the oven to 180C and line a baking tray with a silicon sheet, Silpat, or baking paper. Take the batter out and use a rounded spoon or an ice cream scoop to portion it into Cookies.

Now drop these cookie portions into sifted Icing Sugar and coat them well.

Place these portions on the prepared baking tray and bake for about 12-25 minutes.

Enjoy your Chocolate Cookies with a glass of milk or your favorite beverage!
