White Chocolate Coconut Truffles

This White Chocolate Coconut Truffles recipe is one of the easiest you will ever come across! The white chocolate & coconut is definitely a melt-in-your-mouth combination and is bound to disappear as soon as they are served.

How to make it:
  • Add in the chopped white chocolate, butter, and cream to a bowl and melt it. You can either microwave it in little bursts or use the double boiler method.
  • Mix well till all the chocolate has melted and you get a smooth mixture.
  • Next, add in the dissected coconut along with the vanilla extract and mix well.
  • Add in the condensed milk and give it a good mix.
  • Your end consistency should look something like this.
  • Cover it and let it chill for at least 40 minutes.
  • Once it has cooled down, scoop the mixture up with a spoon and roll into balls. Chill again for 30 minutes if necessary.
  • Roll the truffle balls in some desiccated coconut.
  • Plate it nicely and serve! Your guests are going to fall in love with it!

Ingredients

  • 200 gm of chopped white chocolate

  • 2 tbsp of butter

  • 3 tbsp of cream

  • 3 tbsp of condensed milk

  • 1 cup of desiccated coconut

  • Vanilla extract

Directions

  • Add in the chopped white chocolate, butter, and cream to a bowl and melt it. You can either microwave it in little bursts or use the double boiler method.
  • Mix well till all the chocolate has melted and you get a smooth mixture.
  • Add in the dissected coconut along with the vanilla extract.
  • Next, add the condensed milk and give it a good mix.
  • At the end you should have a thick consistency.
  • Cover it and let it chill for at least 40 minutes.
  • Once it has cooled down, scoop the mixture up with a spoon and roll into balls. Chill again for 30 minutes if necessary.
