Street Style Veg Burger

Jump to Recipe

Here’s a recipe dedicated to all our childhood memories: eating the street side burger after school! There’s nothing as tempting as the street style veg burger served by the roadside vendors! The most fascinating thing about the Indian Burger is how diverse it can be depending on where you live, for example, in Delhi, the classic potato patty burger with a slice of paneer and some green mint chutney is the most famous street food, whereas in Mumbai, the same burger gets an Indian twist to be served as vada pao! Even though both of the burgers differ a lot in taste, the basic gist remains the same: burger buns, potato patty and green mint chutney!
