
This no-bake cheesecake is one of the most basic recipes but there are endless variations to it. Today, along with the basic mix recipe, I shall be sharing with you two of its variations: Mango & Oreo. You can assemble these in a glass, in a big bowl or just however you want. I personally find that assembling it in a glass makes it look a lot more attractive.

Note: This recipe will give you 6 generous glasses of cheesecake. However, you can adjust the quantities of this recipe to make a bigger cheesecake.
Here’s what you need:
For the basic cheesecake mixture:
- 1 cup of cream cheese
- 1 cup of whipping cream whipped to stiff peaks
- Any preferred sweetener such as condensed milk (click to read the recipe), stevia, sugar, honey, jaggery, etc.
For Oreo no-bake cheesecake:
- The basic cheesecake mixture
- Oreos, powdered
- Oreos, broken into chunks
- Whole Oreos for decoration
For mango no-bake cheesecake:
- The basic cheesecake mixture
- Digestive Biscuits, powdered
- Mango pulp & pieces
- Desiccated coconut (optional)
How to make it:
The basic cheesecake mixture:
- Add the cream cheese and sweetener to a bowl and give it a good mix.
- Now, add in the whipped-to-stiff-peaks whipped cream and fold it into the batter.
- Your basic cheesecake mix is ready!
Oreo no-bake cheesecake:
- Crush some Oreo cookies in a blender or with the help of a rolling pin (belan).
- Break some more Oreos into chunks and mix them in the basic cheesecake mixture.
- Now, alternatively layer the Oreo powder and the cheesecake mixture.
- Once you reach the top, decorate it with a whole oreo cookie and a bit of the powdered Oreos.
Mango no-bake cheesecake:
- Mix in the mango pulp and desiccated coconut to the basic cheesecake mixture.
- Powder some digestive biscuits and layer it with some of the basic cheesecake mixture alternatively.
- Top it off with some fresh mango pieces and garnish some desiccated coconut.
