Chilli Cheese Toast

This Chilli Cheese Toast recipe is the answer to all those mornings and evenings when you can’t decide on what to eat. Something which can be easy to make, and yet loved by everyone! It is as easy to make as it sounds but tastes so delicious you would probably eat more than your appetite.

Here’s what you need:
  • ½ to ¾ cup of cheese
  • Your choice of chilli (red chilli powder, red chilli flakes, green chilli, jalapenos, etc.) – quantity depending on your taste
  • Bread
  • Butter of your choice (optional; I prefer using my garlic herb butter – click to read the recipe)
How to make it:
  • Mix some chilli to the butter (if you are using it).
  • Afterward, apply this butter to your bread slices.
  • Load these slices with cheese.
  • Accordingly, heat some butter in a pan and cook the slices for 3 to 4 minutes or bake at 200° C for 5 to 6 minutes.
  • Lastly plate it, top it off with some chilli sauce and serve hot!
  • Optionally, you can also add veggies to this toast before cooking if you wish to.
