Eggless Rose and Pistachio No Bake Dessert

This Eggless Rose Pistachio No Bake Dessert recipe celebrates two of the most popular flavors in India. Rose & Pistachio. However, these flavors are not just loved by India but are equally loved by the Middle-East as well! The Rose Pistachio Cake is a classic in the Middle-Eastern countries and to bring out its beauty in an Indian manner, we decided to make this no-bake rose pistachio dessert using one my favorite summer beverage Roohafza!

Here’s what you need:

How to make it:
  • Whip the whipping cream and also beat the cream cheese (if using)
  • Now, mix the whipped cream, cream cheese, and roohafzah together with the help of a spatula.

  • Add in the chopped pistachios.

  • Now it’s time to prepare our pan: line it with some clingfilm.

  • Next, flavor the milk with Roohafzah or Rose Flavor and soak the biscuits in it.
  • Arrange the soaked biscuits in a thick layer in the cake pan.

  • Next, apply a thick layer of the rose-flavored cream to it.
  • Repeat the process until you reach the top and then tidy the top and cover with cling film or aluminum foil.
  • Chill in the freezer for 3 hours and then in the fridge overnight.
  • Finally, take it out, invert it and coat with a final layer of cream.
  • Garnish well with Pistachios, cut it out and serve!

Ingredients

  • ½ cup of pistachios

  • Roohafzah or Rose flavor
