2 Ingredient Chocolate Fudge

Jump to Recipe

This 2 ingredient chocolate fudge is for all the chocolate lovers (including me!) who sneak into the kitchen at night to find something to fix their chocolate cravings! The best thing about this recipe is its versatility: you can keep it as simple or as complicated as you want. Even though the 2 ingredients are going to give you a very delicious fix for your sweet tooth, I decided to add 2 more ingredients to make it a little fancier.

Here’s what you need:
How to make it:
  • Grease a dish or a tray and line it with greaseproof paper.
  • Take a double boiler and add the chocolate, condensed milk, and butter to it.
  • Keep stirring and let it melt & combine into a beautiful, shiny mixture.
  • Take it off the heat and add in the roasted nuts.
  • Pour it into the greased dish and let it set in the fridge for at least 6 hours.
  • Once the fudge is out of the fridge, run a sharp knife around its edges and take it out.
  • Cut it and decorate it however you want.
  • Note: I decided to decorate it in 4 ways to show you some of the possible options. The first one is topped with more roasted nuts, which I added before I kept it to set in the fridge. The second is topped with powdered sugar, the third one with cocoa powder and finally, the fourth one was topped with cinnamon powder and a bit of sugar. The possibilities are endless!
